I wasn’t born strong.

Growing up without a father figure, I had to figure out everything on my own—who I was, what I stood for, and what kind of man I wanted to become. I made mistakes. A lot of them. Some were reckless, some were painful, but all of them shaped me. And while I don’t wish I could change the past, I do know that if I had someone to guide me, to help me see the bigger picture, I wouldn’t have had to break myself down so many times just to build myself back up.

The turbulence—the emotional storms, the moments of self-doubt—forced me to face an undeniable truth: no one was coming to save me. If I wanted to be strong, if I wanted to be happy, I had to create that strength myself. And so, I did.

Calisthenics became more than just training. It became a way to mold my mind, not just my body—a system for control, discipline, and personal power. The deeper I went, the more I realized that most people don’t fail because they’re weak. They fail because they’re lost. They’re drowning in doubt, misinformation, and wasted effort.

That’s why I coach.

My job isn’t just to get you stronger, leaner, or more athletic. My job is to give you the shortcuts I never had. I take the guesswork out of the process, stripping away all the unnecessary pain, frustration, and wasted years of trial and error. I see people—really see them—because I know what it’s like to feel invisible. I know what it’s like to be stuck, to second-guess every decision, to wonder if you’ll ever break through.
